Attended a talk (meeting) with IDUG on 14th Dec 2010 at Choa Chu Kang Public Library.
The 1st presenter, Mr. Preetam Rai, an travel and photography enthusiast. He ofter speaks at Technology and Culture events across Asia. Preetam is also an Apple Distinguished Educator.
On that evening he was given some knowledge of Mobile Phone Photography apps and Techniques.
2nd presenter, Mr. Mark Plunkett, Adobe InDesign User Group Chapter Represetative Singapore. Mark has over a decade of experience in the print industry. He is Design Master Instructor at LAB School Singapore. And he's topic was about how to create and design a simple photo album or coffee table book with Adobe InDesign CS5.
The last presenter, Mr. Stefano Virgilli, Adobe Photoshop Community Professional and User Group Manager Singapore. Stefano is an exper in print, web and video. He is Design Master Instructor at LAB School Singapore. He's topic was how the Designer vs the Client.
From the above events, basically now i know some of the Mobile Phone Photography apps, and learn how to create photo album with InDesign and also how must the Designer work. I hope i will not forgot after some time.
